No, Zembula just needs the carrier and tracking number from the Brand. We have already connected and normalized the carrier data into our shipment tracking templates, so you just have to worry about creating your pixel perfect design.
Yes, when the email is opened we get the shipment tracking data live from the carrier. Zembula provides the most up to date and accurate shipment information every time a daily email is opened.
