What carriers does Zembula already support?

Zembula is connected to all major US carriers which includes UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHS, along with regional carriers. If we aren’t already connected to a carrier you use we will add it.

Do I have to create images for every carrier?

No, Zembula just needs the carrier and tracking number from the Brand. We have already connected and normalized the carrier data into our shipment tracking templates, so you just have to worry about creating your pixel perfect design.

Is the shipment tracking banner accurate when a customer sees it in the daily email?

Yes, when the email is opened we get the shipment tracking data live from the carrier. Zembula provides the most up to date and accurate shipment information every time a daily email is opened.
